3Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of de99 services, you must register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account at de99. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
As part of de99's compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, all accounts are subject to a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit the following documents:
- A government-issued photo ID such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence.

4Deposits & Withdrawals
de99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-native payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladesh banks are also accepted. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion.
The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. de99 reserves the right to return any deposit received from a payment account not matching the account holder's verified identity.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless a specific exception is approved by de99's finance team in writing.
- de99 targets withdrawal processing within one hour of approval for standard withdrawal requests. Processing times may be extended where additional KYC verification is required or during periods of high transaction volume.
- de99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request, including but not limited to proof of deposit source, transaction records, and identity verification documents.
Accounts with active bonus funds attached are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the rollover requirement is met will result in the bonus being forfeited. de99 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
5Bonuses & Promotions
de99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer and the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers at de99:
- Bonuses are credited to your account automatically upon meeting the stated qualifying conditions, such as making a minimum qualifying deposit.
- Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement at de99 is 30x the bonus amount.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of being credited to your account. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account automatically.
- de99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and for any reason, including where de99 reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit, exploiting technical errors, and using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
de99 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings credited to a player's account in error or as a result of a technical malfunction. Players are responsible for notifying de99 of any bonus credited in apparent error.
6Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited at de99. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the de99 platform in place of a human player.
- Colluding with other players, including sharing account access, coordinating bets to exploit markets, or acting in concert to guarantee a profit from bonus offers.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using de99 as a vehicle to transfer or obscure funds of criminal origin.
- Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
- Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing anomaly to place bets or obtain credits that de99 would not have offered under normal operating conditions.
- Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, abuses, or defames de99 staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the de99 platform.
de99 employs a range of technical and manual controls to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, de99 may, at its sole discretion, void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, suspend or close the account with immediate effect, and withhold all funds pending investigation. de99's determination in respect of prohibited conduct is final.
7Responsible Gaming
de99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and reducing the risk of gambling-related harm among its players. de99 provides a suite of player protection tools accessible from the account settings, including: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders and session duration limits; a cooling-off feature that suspends betting activity for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks; and a self-exclusion option that blocks access to the account for a minimum period of 6 months.

Where de99 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21, de99 will immediately suspend the account and withhold all funds pending age verification. 8Intellectual Property

No content from the de99 platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the prior written consent of de99.
The de99 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of de99. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any de99 trademark, trade name, logo, or other brand feature without de99's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of de99's intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.
9Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, de99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the de99 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or any other financial loss, even if de99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. de99's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
de99 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that the platform will be free from errors or that any errors will be corrected, or that the platform is free from viruses or other harmful components. de99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, malware, or any other technologically harmful material that may infect your device in connection with your use of the de99 platform.
10Privacy
de99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the de99 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. de99 will not sell your personal data to third parties. 11Termination & Account Closure
You may close your de99 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
de99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) de99 has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached; (b) de99 is required to do so by applicable law or by order of a competent authority; (c) the account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or (d) de99 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that continuing to provide services to the account holder presents an unacceptable risk to de99 or to third parties. Where an account is terminated for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any real-money balance will be returned to the account holder in the manner described above.
12Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between you and de99 in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, de99 requests that you first contact de99's support team to seek an informal resolution. de99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally and in good faith within 15 business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in good faith. Each party shall bear its own legal costs in connection with any arbitration or dispute resolution process unless otherwise ordered by the arbitrator. Nothing in this clause prevents de99 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent court where necessary to protect de99's legitimate interests.
13Amendments to These Terms
de99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, de99 will endeavour to provide advance notice of the changes via email to the registered address on your account or via a notice posted on the de99 platform. The date at the top of these Terms reflects the date on which the most recent revision was made.
Your continued use of the de99 platform after any amendment to these Terms has been notified or published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
